Is it a gift? We are happy to gift wrap in our stunning packaging and add a personal message to any purchase for £2.95 - all you need to do is to complete the 'gift wrap' section during the check out process.  All items will be wrapped together in one or more gift boxes, depending on the size of your order, with one gift card.

All of our jewellery is presented in pillow and jewellery boxes as standard, for which there is no additional charge.

For delivery within the UK we aim to dispatch all goods within one working day, however during busy periods it may take up to three working days from receipt of  your order. Normal Delivery via Royal Mail can in some cases take up to five working days. Please note that all deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and in some cases a signature may be required at the end destination.

If your order is urgent then please let us know by e-mailing us at: contactus@heartandparcel.com and we will endeavour to dispatch your order to meet any deadlines wherever possible.

We aim to make our delivery costs as fair as possible. Standard UK post and packaging charges are as follows:

Order value up to and including £6.50 - P&P is £2.25

Then order value up to and including £12.50 - P&P is £2.95

Then order value up to and including £20 - P&P is £3.75

Order value above £20.00 - P&P is £4.95

Wherever possible we recycle our packaging and would ask our customers to do so too.

We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the UK for your chosen items. To view product prices in Euros and US Dollars a currency converter icon is situated on the right hand side of the bottom navigation bar.

On dispatch of your order we will send you an email to confirm your order is on its way. We cannot however be held liable for any loss to you resulting from late delivery, as this is often beyond our control.

If for any reason your order does not arrive within the above timescales then please contact us quoting your order reference number.
