CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We want our customers to buy from us with confidence in the knowledge that they can return their goods should they wish to do so.
If you wish to cancel your order and return your goods:
(a) you can notify us by email at contactus@heartandparcel.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by notifing us of your intention to return them via e-mail to contactus@heartandparcel.com. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns that are not quality related will not be accepted unless the goods are in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact where applicable. Please note the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the goods are faulty.
We strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained (for free) from the Post Office as we will not be held liable for returned goods lost in the post.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. In the case of returning faulty products the return postage will also be refunded.
The provisions of this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
